Property Management: Scope of Service
1. Security Service
  We control and monitor the security system and traffic within property compound (community); entrance, exit, common area, parking space and surrounding areas. This also includes the performance monitoring of all security officers.
2. Maintenance and Repairing Service
 

The maintenance and repairing service covers all common areas of the property such as:

- Playground
- Elevators, water tanks, and in-building pumps
- Common area, landscape and gardening
- Routes and internal traffic, including the related facilities
- Sewage, rain water pipes and flooding control
- Any leakage, crack or subsidence
- All electrical apparel, adaptors, lighting and lamping
- Emergency service for residences in the property

3. Pest Control Service
  We control and eliminate pests, insects, rodents, termites and mosquitoes in the buildings and common areas of the properties
4. Trash and Waste Control
  We provide trash and waste control for the all areas in the property, then pass on to the municipal trash truck on a daily basis. Also, the main trash room will be maintained in good condition with daily cleaning, in order to eliminate odors.
5. Landscaping and Gardening Service
  The landscapes and green areas in the common area will be well maintained. This includes the property entrance & exit, the main garden, all surrounding trees, and playground yards. Trees and plants will be rotated according to their life cycle, seasons, and occasions.
6. Club House and Swimming Pool Maintenance Service
  Since we see the importance of club house and swimming pool, such facilities will always been maintained in a tip-top condition, not only for the residences, but also for guests and potential visitors.
7. Utility Service
  Utility service covers water and electricity supply for the common areas such as lightings, electricity for pumps, swimming pool and plant watering in the properties.
8. Traffic Management Service
  We make sure that traffic in the property is well managed and maintained, not only routing but also signing, access labeling, and zoning in each spot.
9. Management Service
  All the above mentioned services need proper management such as accounting, announcement making, cross-functioning, hiring, purchasing, legal proceeding and also community reunion activity arranging of each property’s.
10. Insurance and Tax Service
